After a year of development on Stream Pirates Alpha, we learned we had to do a drastic pivot to serve our players. We introduced new features such as an inventory, blacksmith, and simplied progression system.
User flows. I mapped out the high-level user stories in order to build out high-level user flows: one for Captain users and one for viewer users.
Wireframes. I wireframed each screen making sure each user story was covered in the process.
