Microsoft Azure Playfab Awards

Designed and prototyped a modular trophy system for Microsoft Azure PlayFab, translating digital growth milestones into elegant physical awards through 3D modeling and visualization.

I designed and prototyped a set of achievement trophies for Microsoft Azure PlayFab to celebrate customer milestones. The trophies marked user base growth at 100K, 1M, and 10M players, with each stage represented in a form that could stand alone or work as part of a cohesive set. My role was to envision how physical awards could embody digital success, using 3D modeling and rendering to communicate the concept and bring the recognition system to life.

Role

  • Explored ways to translate digital growth milestones into tangible physical forms, creating 3D concepts and renders for PlayFab’s achievement trophy series.
  • Designed a modular award system representing customer growth at 100K, 1M, and 10M players, with each piece working individually or as part of a cohesive set.
  • Used 3D modeling and visualization to communicate material, scale, and form, aligning stakeholders on the final direction before fabrication.
